2 tsp olive oil
For a pizza topping,
1 qty Bell Pepper - Red
1 qty fish - chilli powder
200 g mozzarella cheese
1 qty big onions
4 pcs sausages
Grilled Chicken
2 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp pizza sauce
½ tsp pieces of chili
Preparation of pizza dough.
Add a little hot water, add sugar and yeast, dissolve and cover for 6-7 minutes.
Then add salt and olive oil to the flour and mix well.
Place the future mixture on a floured board and cook for 10 minutes.
Then grease the dough, put it in a bowl and cover it with a little oil.
How to make a pizza topping.
Remove the air from the doubled dough, thin the dough to the size of the pizza tray, and shape the edge of the pizza as you thin it.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add topping the pizza crust and bake for 5 minutes on low heat.
Then put the pizza sauce or tomato sauce on the baked side and put a layer of mozzarella cheese on top and top it.
